Attend this program and learn about the risks and rewards associated with Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) in the legal profession. Gain a solid understanding of what AI is according to various agencies and the law. Discussions will specifically address AI developments, particularly “soft law” and its application to AI systems that purport to “be human.” In addition, a roundtable panel discussion will investigate current legislation and regulation, experiences with clients, and a look forward at aspirational models and enforcement.  

Attorneys will learn about existing legal, regulatory, and ethical frameworks and new laws related to client and attorney uses of AI.

Attorneys from all levels of experience and across the various fields of law will benefit by attending this program.
