About The Lecturer

Brenda Seibert is an Assistant Professor in the Business and Innovation Department and Learning Resources Department. In 2020, she was awarded the Bucks County Community College “Above and Beyond Award.” She also serves as Program Director of the Bucks County Community College Paralegal Program and Paralegal Program Coordinator. Her course concentration includes Torts, Civil Litigation, Business Law, and Insurance and Risk Management. As an attorney, she represented major department stores, national drugstore chains, and manufacturers of large-scale construction equipment. Professor Seibert is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In law school, Professor Seibert served on the Environmental Law Moot Court Team and was vice president of both the Women's Law Caucus and the Sports, Entertainment, and Art Law Society. She was also awarded the Jefferson Rights Award, the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction Excellence for the Future award, and the D.T. Marrone Scholarship.
