This course provides a unique look at legal matters related to entertainers and influencers, including social media streamers and content creators. It will feature important information that has rarely, if ever, been presented to illuminate some crucial legal matters that all practitioners in the influencer and entertainment talent space must be aware of.
The program will look at copyright law and Generative AI (GenAI), Name, image, and likeness (NIL), and “Deep Fakes” as well as business formation benefits and requirements, including the Corporate Transparency Act and social media and live streaming disclosures.
The seminar is designed for attorneys who want to learn how to assist entertainers, influencers, content creators, and individuals in the influencer, streaming, and content creation industries, focusing on the legal aspects of representing and supporting talent in these fields.
