Understanding the New Mexico CLE Requirement

Total CLE Requirement:

12 credit hours annually

Credit Format:

8 hours must be taken live
4 may be taken online

2 hours Ethics/Professionalism

Reporting Information:

*COVID-19 Temporary Change: In light of the current COVID-19 public health situation, the Supreme Court extended the 2019 MCLE reporting deadlines by 30 days. Click here to read the order.

April 30th: 2019 credits earned and fees of $100 due
May 31st: 2019 credits earned and $350 due
June 1st: non-compliant attorney names sent to the Supreme Court
