Understanding the Guam CLE Requirement
Total CLE Requirement:
10 credit hours annually
Credit Format:
Attorneys can earn all CLE hours via recorded programs
Credit Breakdown:
8 hours General
2 hours Ethics or Professionalism
Compliance Deadline:
December 31
Reporting Deadline:
January 31
Reporting Information:
Attorneys must self-report completion of CLE requirements each reporting period through the Certification of Attendance Report.
Newly Admitted Requirement:
A newly admitted member shall be exempted from filing a certification for the reporting period in which he or she is first admitted.
