About This Course
Diversity is a concern within every profession, particularly in the legal profession. Equity and Inclusion are critical components to a fair, successful, and purposeful workplace where inequality and discrimination are identified and eliminated. A workplace committed to diversity and inclusion is not only beneficial to the employees and employers alike but the profession and society as a whole. In this course, Ms. Holtzer, an expert in employment law, will discuss current discrimination issues within the workplace, federal ant-discrimination laws governing workplace discrimination, changes occurring at the state and local levels, and the best practices for conducting internal investigations. Ms. Holtzer will go through paramount case law and ensure that the highest standards of practice and procedures are being implemented.
