Icon About This Course

This interactive seminar presents a methodology for solving legal-ethics problems. It's a methodology developed by Wrenn. The acronym for the methodology is "MORALS" with each letter representing a step or process in the methodology. The goal of the methodology is to determine the most-ethically-appropriate solution to a legal ethics problem. It also includes a number of hypothetical scenarios to be assigned to participants to be solved either by their own methodology or by the "MORALS" methodology.
