Icon About This Course

This course will help any attorney to better understand how generational differences play a role in their client communications, and how to communicate effectively and ethically with clients regardless of their generational differences. Ms. Seibert begins this lecture by introducing the values and communication styles among Generation Z, Millennials, Generation X, and Baby Boomers. She reviews the major “communication milestones” that occur throughout your attorney-client relationship, with an emphasis on ethics and avoiding malpractice. Furthermore, she will discuss how to improve ongoing communication with clients, and how to “keep in touch” effectively. Ms. Seibert concludes this course by analyzing some hypothetical scenarios wherein different generations require different communication styles and techniques.
