It is important for attorneys to be both ethical and professional, but what is the difference, and how does the legal field as a whole view these two crucial components of the profession? In this course, Mr. Tabas delves into the history, evolution, and future within the legal profession. He begins the course by going over the basic definitions of the two terms and then provides a thorough analysis of the differences as explained by the profession. Mr. Tabas will go through and encourage discussions about real-life scenarios and how to apply the different models of Professionalism to the practice of law. This is a beneficial and informative course for any attorney.
