Effective Allyship in the Legal Multigenerational Workplace

In this program, Robin Nunn of Morgan Lewis & Bockius will discuss the components, effects, and trends of thriving and effective allyship in a multigenerational workplace within the legal profession. She will dive into thriving in connection with well-being, positive psychology, and optimal human functioning between lawyers, colleagues, professional staff, and clients. 

Ms. Nunn will explore empathy in action and share the habits of inclusive leaders who build and leverage diversity, equity, and inclusion within their firms and institutions. Finally, Robin will provide insight into a multigenerational workplace within the legal profession and beyond, related challenges, and the benefits of thriving and effective allyship between lawyers and their peers. 

All attorneys, regardless of practice area or level of experience, are encouraged to attend this program.
