About The Lecturer
Jimmy Nassif is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist and the Director of Compliance and Partnerships at TRTCLE, Corp., where he oversees Continuing Legal Education (CLE) compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions. He collaborates with legal professionals, executive leadership, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance while leading initiatives that improve operational efficiency and the overall attorney experience.
Mr. Nassif earned his Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, specializing in workplace behavior, leadership, organizational culture, employee engagement, and psychological well-being. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.
In addition to his work at TRTCLE, Mr. Nassif is the creator of Happy At Work, an evidence-based workplace conversation tool designed to strengthen communication, build trust, and foster meaningful workplace relationships. His work focuses on applying organizational psychology to help professionals build healthier, more engaged, and higher-performing workplaces.
