About The Lecturer
Ann Koppuzha is the founder of Powerhouse Legal Strategy, where she provides modern, practical legal guidance to online entrepreneurs, wedding professionals, designers, and creators. She is passionate about empowering creative business owners to protect and grow their ventures confidently. Ann has previously served as a federal prosecutor, practiced at a global law firm specializing in international law and white-collar defense, and worked as in-house counsel at a FinTech platform. She also teaches business law at Santa Clara University. Ann earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, and her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
