Melissa Holtzer, Esq. is currently an employment attorney with the firm, Littler Mendelson P.C. She graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2002 and obtained her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2005. She is admitted to practice law before the New York State courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern and Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Ms. Holtzer began her legal career representing individuals in employment discrimination litigation and other employment-related disputes. She has also represented corporations, municipalities, and school districts in employment and civil rights litigation.

Ms. Holtzer serves as a mock judge for the American Bar Association’s annual National Appellate Advocacy Competition and judges law student competitions held at Hofstra University School of Law and St. John’s University School of Law.
