About The Lecturer
Danielle Graziano is the Vice President of TRTCLE, Corp., where she leads strategic programming and accreditation initiatives for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) nationwide. With a focus on innovation and relevance, she collaborates with legal professionals to create and deliver high-quality, engaging educational content. Under her leadership, TRTCLE delivers a portfolio of on-demand courses, live webcasts, and in-person seminars that meet the evolving needs of attorneys across all MCLE jurisdictions.
Since joining TRTCLE in 2016, Ms. Graziano has played a key role in the company’s growth and development, serving in several leadership capacities. In her current role, she oversees business operations, guides a multidisciplinary team, writes on legal topics, and drives initiatives to enhance attorneys' experience with CLE. Her vision has helped TRTCLE remain at the forefront of the legal education space through innovation, quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Prior to entering the legal education sector, Ms. Graziano served as a prosecutor in the Manhattan and Staten Island Family Courts with the NYC Administration for Children’s Services. There, she managed a demanding caseload of child neglect and abuse cases, gaining extensive courtroom experience in family law litigation, including emergency hearings and complex permanency trials.
Ms. Graziano earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2012. During her time there, she was an Articles Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review, a Board Member of the Moot Court Team, and a Teaching Assistant in the Legal Writing Department. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude, from Utica College, where she was inducted into the Psi Chi National Honor Society and co-founded a support group for at-risk youth.
