This live and interactive seminar will review the United States Supreme Court's recent criminal law and procedure decisions. Discussion areas include warrantless search and seizure, search warrants, interrogation law, the law of arrest, police civil liability, ineffective assistance of counsel, and the right to trial by jury.  Mr. Tallmer will focus on using technology to improve the government’s ability to search, continuous flight onto private property, and searches of automobiles.
