Bankruptcy attorneys from all levels of experience, or those attorneys who may encounter these proceedings, are encouraged to attend this program and learn how to effectively take and prosecute appeals from orders and judgments of bankruptcy courts. Discussions will include recent developments, taking appeals from a judgment or order of a bankruptcy court, navigating the complex court structure of bankruptcy appeals, and advanced strategies and practice tips that you can immediately apply into your practice!

Reno Fernandez is a commercial bankruptcy attorney with eighteen years of experience in state and federal court, including appeals. He is certified as a specialist in bankruptcy law by the State Bar of California Board of Specialization. Mr. Fernandez has U.S. Supreme Court experience (Bartenwerfer v.
