This Course
In this course, Andrew Tallmer provides an overview and discussion on current Supreme Court decisions. He discusses warrantless searches, emergency searches, and interrogations. He goes on to discuss a number of notable cases, exploring a comprehensive analysis of each one and the outcome. Moreover, he presents other cases of interest, such as police civil liability, ineffective assistance of counsel, the First Amendment and sex offender registrations, pretrial detention, and jury selection challenges.
