This Course
In this course, attorneys will gain a full understanding of an attorney's role in an asset acquisition transaction and the transaction risks. Mr. Resko talks about how to represent the buyer in a transaction; he discusses the relationship between the buyer and the seller, identifying assets and liabilities, and the valuation of included assets. He also talks about representing the seller in a transaction; he discusses how to prepare the deal, the payment terms, and how to negotiate the contract.
