This program will provide attorneys with a roadmap for who to talk to, how to maintain positive communications with the agency, and how to navigate issues and concerns when they arise successfully.

Attorneys attending this program will learn the difference between apparent and actual authority, the importance of positive relationships and communication with their Contracting Officers, the pitfalls experienced when communications with the agency go awry, and some dos and don'ts when communicating with the government.
