Premises liability personal injury cases can be a lucrative part of any personal injury practice. However, so much is won or lost in how a deposition is completed in a premises case. Attorneys must be ready to ask the right questions and how to prepare a client.
This program will cover how attorneys can prepare their clients for a premises deposition and how to depose a defendant’s witness. Attendees will also be provided with general skills for other personal injury depositions.
