AboutAbout This Course

Special emphasis here is devoted to the weighing of novel and memorable decisions and opinions on both practitioners and professionalism. Other topics of interest include the propriety of firms entering beauty contests as it affects ABA Model Rule 5.5 (Unauthorized Practice of Law; Multi-jurisdictional Practice of Law). Additionally, we will examine instances when partners and firms are indicted, as well as outcomes when principals get indicted and the sometimes-surprising outcomes for both professionals and the profession.
