AboutAbout This Course

This seminar presents lecture materials to guide participants on an interactive intellectual journey involving the extent to which the concept of legal professionalism differs from the concept of legal ethics.  A useful way for identifying such differences in a way to shed light on aspects of professionalism that serve to enhance compliance with and enforcement of legal-ethics standards. Part of such process includes focusing on foundational principles not only for legal-ethics standards but also on the ways in which the U.S. Constitution imposes special responsibilities on the legal profession to serve as a vital tool for preservation of liberty writ large.
