AboutAbout This Course

This course provides an overview of making federal discovery motions and dispositive motions. What needs to happen before you make a discovery motion, and what has to be demonstrated in order to succeed? When should you REALLY make a dispositive motion, and what are the hidden risks? Mr. Haberman answers these questions, and more, with the use of hypotheticals and role-playing scenarios to illustrate real-life situations. Haberman also presents detailed explanations on how to make discovery and dispositive motions, what a court may decide, as well as potential remedies and defenses that can be implemented.
