AboutAbout This Course

Lecture/Discussion materials focusing on Model Rules for interactive analyses and discussion of pertinent ethical, constitutional, legislative and judicial-policy issues. To that end, this seminar focuses on the “ethical foundations” for our modern legal-ethics standards in ways to facilitate substantive understanding, criticism, and/or improvement of our modern standards. One aspect of such analysis focuses on classifying some aspects of legal-ethics duties as “duties of the head” and others as “duties of the heart.”

Eastern: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm ET
