AboutAbout This Course

Bias and Discrimination occur in every profession; however, the prevalence in the Legal Profession is all too common, dating back hundreds of years. The profession has become increasingly more diverse, yet continues to remain at the forefront as one of the least diverse professions in the nation. This course aims to provide a background of the different types of Bias and Discrimination that occur, the State and Federal protections currently in place, as well as how practitioners can work together to avoid and eliminate Bias and Discrimination while implementing Diversity and Inclusion throughout the Legal Profession.
