AboutAbout This Course

In this course, Mr. O'Donnell discusses the history of recusal issues and the current cases of when recusal is appropriate. This issue was though to have reached a watershed in the case Caperton v. Massey (U.S.), 2010, but the decision was narrow, leaving many recusal issues on the table.
