In this course, Mr. O'Donnell draws from his professional experiences to teach about the techniques he has used to prepare himself and his Plaintiffs for depositions.  Mr. O'Donnell illustrates how to handle a deposition in a personal injury case, including motor vehicle accidents and premises cases. He covers the many stages of deposition from the very beginning of preparing yourself as an attorney, to prepare your client, and how to protect your client's interests during deposition. Additionally, Mr. O'Donnell outlines the practical skills necessary to handle a deposition, including the three major types of depositions.
