AboutAbout This Course

Boxers are “fighting” daily against stereotypes and are put in several situations where they cannot use boxing to defend themselves against their opponents. In this course, Sports Law Expert, Paul Haberman, Esq., discusses fighters rights in regards to promotions, managers, and other prevalent legal topics. Mr. Haberman explores the Ali Act, a prestigious example to explain the rights of boxers, as well as detailed examples of an Exclusive Boxing Promotional Agreement, as well as a Boxer Manager Contract.
