AboutAbout This Course

In this course, Personal Injury Attorney, Christopher O’Donnell addresses the preparation and prosecution of automobile accident cases, discussing four major areas, Pre-suit, Liability, Damages, and “Threshold” law.   Automobile Accident cases are just as demanding on the attorney as they are on the client.  Mr. O’Donnell examines motor vehicle accidents and the personal injury automobile cases that arise from these accidents.  Cases discussed include when a single-car is involved, two-car accidents, car accidents involving multiple vehicles, pedestrian knock-downs, and bicyclist knock-downs.
