AboutAbout This Course

Conflicts of interest issues seem inevitable where counsel represents more than one client in the same matter.   Similarly, clients seeking joint representation often do not understand the risks – to say nothing of the disadvantages of shared counsel – i.e., the need for information-sharing inside the joint attorney-client relationship.  In this lecture, Christopher O’Donnell explores the ethical duties in situations where conflicts are likely to arise.
