AboutAbout This Course

In this course, we will discuss Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (the original and amended text), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.  We will discuss the way that the Supreme Court and federal Courts of Appeals have analyzed these claims.  We will also explore how to bring or defend against an employment discrimination complaint in the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
