In this course, lecturer, Michael Resko, Esq. provides an overview of basic estate planning and asset protection planning concepts through a holistic approach; a focus on the process, not the product, and taking every client's personal circumstances into consideration.  A case study is discussed to explore tax driven planning, probate avoidance versus transactional costs, control over disposition of assets, charitable giving, and creating a "legacy."  The course provides specific guidelines on information gathering, insurance, and introductions to clients with questions both related and unrelated to assets.
