AboutAbout This Course

Stress, anxiety, and burnout are enormous problems in the legal profession. Many lawyers struggle to stay engaged with their jobs and satisfied with their lives. Mindfulness offers an alternative to our habits of worry, anxiety, and frustration. Derived from ancient meditation methods and validated by modern science, it is a simple mental practice that introduces a calmer, more satisfying mode of being. Not only does the practice reduce stress, but it improves productivity and helps us carry out our duties as lawyers with greater care and quality. In this course, you'll learn a simple, powerful mindfulness meditation method and the tools to incorporate mindfulness into your life and work.
