AboutAbout This Course

Applying the mind of a lawyer to solving ethics problems in common-sense ways within the boundaries of ethical standards is what one could call an “Ethics Workout”. With a focus on a series of ethical-problem scenarios, this seminar provides stimulating aerobics for the mind and generates a tool for practicing and improving skills in recognizing ethics problems and devising ethically appropriate solutions. To supplement the interactive aspect of the seminar, the materials provide a historical summary of the evolution of ethical, civil and criminal standards affecting the practice of law and the enforcement of such standards.
