AboutAbout This Course

Thirty years ago, the only tool attorneys had was litigation. Every divorce went to trial. However, in the early 1990's a new trend started emerging called Collaborative Divorce.  Now you can change the way your clients' divorce, after completing this course.  All negotiations in collaborative divorce are done in an atmosphere of respect, transparency and civilized communications, without the adversarial posturing often at the root of contentious divorce proceedings.
