TRT, Inc.'s programs are approved nationwide by states requiring MCLE.
TRT, Inc.'s telephone and/or on site programs are pre-approved in the following states:
AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DE, GA, IN, KS, MO, MS, NC, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WV, WI For detailed accreditation information in these states, go to our Course Calendar and click on any course title. Select your state from the drop down menu and scroll to the bottom of the page. State FAQ's can be found by clicking on the link in the accreditation box.
To receive CLE credit in FL, ID, IA, IL, KY, MN, NH, OR, WY:
Upon registration for our seminar, you will be furnished with course materials and accreditation forms via email. After the seminar simply print out and complete these forms, then submit them and your certificate of attendance to your state CLE agency.

TRT, Inc.'s online CLE courses are pre-approved in the following states that allow CLE requirements to be satisfied via the Internet:

Contact TRT, Inc. for accreditation forms at 800-672-6253. Upon completion of your online course print out your certificate of attendance, then submit it and your completed accreditation forms to your state CLE agency.

TRT, Inc.'s online courses may be accessed at our Online Campus. The online campus is open 24/7/365. Tech support is available 24 hours a day at 800-590-6867. You may pay for your online courses at a secure site with a credit card. To pay with a debit card or by check, register yourself at the online campus, then call our office with your course selections at 800-672-6253 during business hours. We will complete the registration process for you.
What is TRT, Inc.'s Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel your seminar registration, full credit is given towards a future TRT, Inc. seminar for you or another member of the firm.

How do my hours get reported to my state CLE agency?
For states that require sponsor reporting of attendance:
We report no later than 10 working days into the month following date attorney completed the course. Note: Each jurisdiction credits attorney with having met requirements as of date the course was completed, not on date report is received. For detailed information about attendance reporting, call our registrar at 800-672-6253.
